Sarah Steedman
Has been making things with her hands all her life and learned how to use a sewing machine at the age of 9. Taught and influenced by her mother, Julie, who is a knitter and quilter, Sarah loves to sew, knit, paint, and grow vegetables and flowers. When not sewing and thrifting for sweaters and fabric, she spends the majority of her time taking care of her most favorite creations, daughters Sophia and Charlotte. Sarah has a studio arts degree from Sophie Newcomb College at Tulane University and is married to Chris, a patient and wonderful man who agreed to give up the dining room to scrappyland!
